Gov. Tim Walz is expected to speak after an ICE agent shot and killed a woman in south Minneapolis on Wednesday morning. In a post on X, Walz said he's seen video of the shooting and the state "will ensure there is a full, fair, and expeditious investigation to ensure accountability and justice."

The federal government is reportedly planning to deploy at least a 100 more agents in Minnesota as protests against the killing of a 37-year-old woman by ICE intensifies.
