A burglar was caught mid-break-in after leaving Red Bull cans at the scenes of his previous crimes. Reece Wheat, 28, of Coach Road, Ripley, broke into two bars on 28 November and 1 December, emptying tills and stealing valuables. During the burglaries, he drank cans of Red Bull, which he left behind after fleeing. Nottinghamshire Police used forensic evidence from the cans to link Wheat to the offences. When he attempted to break into another bar on 12 December, officers were able to arrest him
