The right thoracic duct drains into the right subclavian vein, usually at the junction of the right subclavian and right internal jugular veins. The thoracic duct (aka left thoracic), the body’s largest lymphatic vessel, drains lymph from most of the body into the venous system at the junction of the left subclavian and internal jugular veins.
